I don't know if any of you can help me. I'm looking for a simple recipe for hamentashen, as well as ideas for both sweet and savoury fillings.

thanks a bunch

Hello! Welcome to the Recipe Book :)

Can you explain what Hamentashen is? And what would you use the fillings for? I'll check it out for you :)

it is a triangular cookie-like pastry filled with fruit filling/jams/etc. traditionally made for passover with a poppyseed jelly filling.

I have a recipe I can post for you if you want alternatives. As for filling recipes, I have poppyseed-honey, and prune.
